Sunday Dare, has commended the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for his impressive developmental strides across the state, noting that the projects being executed align with the key objectives of President Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda. Hon. Dare made the commendation on Monday in Egbe during the second day of the Presidential Media Tour while inspecting ongoing and completed projects in Yagba West Local Government Area and other parts of the state. According to him, the tour provided firsthand evidence of the state's commitment to infrastructure and grassroots development. "We came all the way from Lokoja, almost a five-hour journey. We have seen the efforts of Governor Ododo in constructing internal roads that provide access to farms and rural communities. Today, we have inspected a 15-kilometre stretch of internal roads, as well as Primary Healthcare Centres. The development plan being executed here in Kogi State aligns with the key elements of the Renewed Hope Agenda," he said. The Presidential aide emphasized that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has continued to prioritize infrastructure development across the country, revealing that over 300 road projects are currently ongoing nationwide. He cited the Kabba–Egbe–Omu-Aran Road as one of the projects recently approved by the Federal Executive Council (FEC). He explained that the road had been abandoned for nearly three decades before President Tinubu approved its reconstruction, adding that work commenced immediately after the approval was given. …
