Abanika Taiye, has reaffirmed the commitment of the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo to the timely completion and delivery of critical infrastructure projects across the state, including the PENCOM House and the ongoing ultramodern market in Lokoja. The Commissioner gave the assurance on Monday during an inspection tour of the two projects as part of the Ministry's routine monitoring and evaluation exercise aimed at ensuring quality delivery and adherence to approved project timelines. Speaking during the visit, Hon. Taiye commended the contractors handling both projects for the quality of work executed so far and the impressive pace of construction. He, however, urged them to maintain the momentum and ensure that all outstanding works are completed within the stipulated timeframe. At the PENCOM House project site, the Commissioner expressed satisfaction with the level of work completed, describing the project as a major milestone in the state's efforts to improve the welfare and service delivery framework for pensioners. According to him, the facility represents the government's commitment to creating a conducive environment for the efficient administration of pension matters and ensuring that retirees receive the attention and services they deserve.
