Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo, the Commissioner for Information and Communications in Kogi State, has extended his warm congratulations to His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, the Executive Governor of the state, and the entire Muslim community on the occasion of Eid El Kabir.
During a discussion with journalists at his residence, Hon. Fanwo emphasised the significance of Eid El Kabir as a time to offer sacrifices to Allah, following the example of Prophet Ibrahim.
He highlighted that this festival represents values such as faith, love, obedience, patience, and worship.
Hon. Fanwo urged Muslims and all citizens to reflect on the importance of sacrifice and humility, promoting harmonious relationships that foster unity, peace, progress, and development in the state and the nation.
Furthermore, he reaffirmed Governor Ododo’s dedication to driving transformative development across all sectors in Kogi State.
Hon. Fanwo called upon the people of Kogi State to collaborate with the Governor in achieving rapid growth and significant progress.
