Today, we had the privilege of engaging in a fruitful discussion at the office of the UN Resident Coordinator. Our focus was on crucial areas of partnership between the United Nations and the state.

Leading the office is Mrs. Thembekile Dube-Ncube, an professional serving as the Partnership and Development Finance Officer.

She graciously received us on behalf of the resident coordinator. Joining us in this significant meeting were Mr. Fred Enoh, the Special Adviser to the Resident Coordinator, and Mr. Nonson Obikili, the Development Coordination Officer/Economist.

Representing the KGSG delegation were Asiwaju Asiru Idris FCA, a distinguished leader, Mrs. Fatimah Okute, the Commissioner for Humanitarian and Poverty Alleviation, and Mr. Kadiri Mohammed Okeji, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Finance.

Under the visionary administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, our state is committed to forging impactful development partnerships.

These partnerships will play a pivotal role in eradicating poverty and hunger, while simultaneously promoting good health and well-being for all. Our ambitious goals are aligned with the state’s comprehensive 32-Year Development Plan.
