The Kogi State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo, paid a heartfelt condolence visit to the family of the late Chief Umar Abubakar in Gegu.

Chief Umar Abubakar was the father of the Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Minerals, Hon. Engr Abubakar Bashir Gegu.

During the visit, Fanwo spoke highly of the late Chief Umar Abubakar, describing him as a bridge builder and a respected community leader.

He emphasized that the legacies Chief Umar Abubakar left behind will serve as a guiding light for his children and others to follow.

Fanwo expressed his condolences to the family, acknowledging the deep loss they are experiencing.

He highlighted the strong bond he shares with Hon. Engr Abubakar Bashir Gegu, making the mourning process a shared experience.

The Commissioner noted that the children left behind by Chief Umar Abubakar are talented individuals who will undoubtedly continue his legacy.

Fanwo was joined on the visit by political associates and supporters, showing solidarity and support during this difficult time.
