The Kogi State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo has congratulated Governor Ododo, Kogites, and the Christian faithfuls on the occasions of Christmas and New Year.
Hon Fanwo gave his congratulatory message in a chat with Journalists.
Hon. Fanwo admonished the Kogites and Christians to demonstrate love to one another. “The Christmas season is a period to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ. It is a season to express love and share gifts to family, friends, and needy. God Himself demonstrated love by giving us His only begotten Son to reconcile humanity to Himself,” Hon Fanwo said.
Speaking further, he urged the citizenry to pray for Kogi State and Nigeria as a whole, adding that His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo remains committed to infrastructural and human capital developments pointing out that his achievements in 11 months in office is evident and visible for all to see, imploring the Christian faithfuls to pray to God to grant him more wisdom and strength to pilot the affairs of the state to a greater height.
The Hon Commissioner enjoined Christian faithfuls and the citizenry to celebrate wisely, stay out of trouble and be law abiding citizens, as he wished them a joyous Christmas and a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year in advance. “I extend my warmest wishes for a joyous Christmas season and a happy, healthy, and prosperous new year in advance. Stay out of trouble. Be law-abiding citizens.” Hon Fanwo advised.
