Kingsley Fanwo, the Hon Commissioner for Information and Communications, Kogi State, has emphasised Governor Ododo's directive for all state ministries, departments, and agencies to collaborate with the National Orientation Agency (NOA) and other federal agencies. This collaboration is essential to ensuring their duties' efficient and effective performance. During a meeting with the NOA Management Team in his office in Lokoja, the Commissioner emphasized the importance of reshaping the mindset of the people. He stressed the need for the Ministry and NOA to work together to help the public understand that government infrastructure and amenities belong to them. "The current administration's policy focuses on engaging, informing, and enlightening the public to bring about a positive change in mindset. This aligns with the objectives of the NOA, highlighting the shared mandate of both the Ministry and the agency. The Ministry's goal is to inform the public about government activities and gather feedback on the people's expectations," he said. Hon. Fanwo reiterated the Governor's mandate to cooperate with all federal agencies to ensure they can effectively fulfil their state duties.
