NFWP-SU: NATIONAL PROJECT COORDINATOR WARNS PUBLIC AGAINST FAKE GRANT LINK

By Yemi Balogun The National Project Coordinator, Nigeria for Women Program Scale-Up Project (NFWP-SU) Dr. Hadiza Maina has warned the public against a fraudulent social media link claiming to offer grants and empowerment opportunities, urging people not to click, share or submit information through it. In a statement released in Abuja and made available to Journalists, the project Coordinator said the link is not affiliated with NFWP-SU and confirmed that it does not charge application fees or conduct applications through unofficial websites or platforms. “Members of the public are advised to disregard the link completely and rely only on information from official NFWP-SU communication channels,” said Dr Hadiza Maina, National Project Coordinator. Dr Maina urged the public to share the warning to help protect others from the scam.
