Kogi Head of Civil Service Seeks Institutional Support to Reposition State Civil Service For Optimal Performance.

In what signals a renewed drive toward efficiency and professionalism in Kogi State’s public service, the newly appointed Head of Service, Mrs. Falilat Musa Esq., on Tuesday paid a strategic courtesy visit to the Deputy Governor, Comrade Joel Salifu, at his office in Lokoja.

The visit, coming shortly after her appointment, was not merely ceremonial but revealed a deliberate move to foster collaboration at the highest levels of governance. Mrs. Musa said her mission was to formally notify the Deputy Governor of her assumption of office while also seeking his guidance and institutional support to reposition the state civil service for optimal performance.
