He also undertook specialized training in Health Economics and Policy, as well as Modeling Cost‑Effectiveness in Healthcare, both from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In addition, he completed a certificate program on Delivery Systems from the University of Pennsylvania, USA. These qualifications underscore his commitment to evidence‑based health governance and modern health‑system strengthening.
