In what look like an event of the century, the Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development Hon. Imaan Suleiman-Ibrahim entered the Festival Hall of Government House, Benin City Edo State with pump and pageantry. Her entry made the women to sing the popular song " Na awa mama bi dis oo, we no get another one" down to the podium thereby marking the commencement of the 25th National delegates and stakeholders Conference. Declaring the event open, the Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Hon. Imaan Suleiman-Ibrahim, called for the need to build a capacity workforce of the nation towards a common goal. Hon. Imaan Suleiman-Ibrahim said working together was crucial for the development of the nation noting that accountability is key for any progress in life. While stressing the importance of attracting investment to the nation's financial economy, the Honourable Minister also called for collaborative effort at sanitizing the system. She noted that her passion is in the future of the Nigerian woman , the future of the Nigerian Child, the future of the families and the future of the vulnerable people in the society. Also speaking, the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, Dr. Maryan Keshinho expressed joy at holding the programme and congratulated the Minister for the great feat.
