In its bid to regulate and control commercial vehicles operating in the State, Kogi State Signage and Advertising Agency has flagged off Vehicles Branding Stickers for 2025. In a ceremony in Lokoja on Tuesday, the General Manager of the Agency Hon. Osaseyi Richard called on the branded vehicles operating in the State to come to the Agency and obtained their stickers for proper identification. He stated that as part of the responsibilities of KOSSAA it has become necessary for branded vehicles operating to be identified with the sticker for proper monitoring and regulations. According to him, the Agency has the responsibility of not just regulating outdoor advertisement to make sure it complied with the law but also has the responsibility of branding vehicles in the State. He commended the Governor of the State Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for his unwaivering support for the Agency and promised that the Agency would continue to carry out its responsibilities as enshrined by the Law. Earlier, The Director MDA’s and Revenue, Kogi State Internal Revenue Services (KGIRS) Hajia Hassana Salawu said that the Agency backed by the Kogi State Advertisement Law is empowered to regulate Branded Vehicles operating in the State.
