In a momentous occasion, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has officially commenced the construction of the 19.55km Obajana-Uro-Aku rural farm road, marking a significant milestone in Kogi State’s efforts to enhance rural infrastructure and agricultural development.
During the ceremony held today, October 15, 2024, at Obajana Uro Junction, Governor Ododo expressed his gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his unwavering support for the people of Kogi State. He emphasized that the construction of this road will alleviate the challenges faced by farmers in the state.
Governor Ododo stated, “It is with great satisfaction that I stand here today to launch the construction of the 19.55km Obajana-Uro-Aku road under the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP).”
