The Kogi State Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Abanika Taiye has assured that the government has created a conducive environment for private investors in the housing sector to strive, Hon Abanika gave the assurance during a meeting with the team of CYDAM Group of Companies in his office yesterday.
The proposal, presented to the Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Abanika Taiye, the Permanent Secretary, ESV (Dr.) Obadaki Zainab and the Chief Adviser to the Governor, Hon. Aliyu Salami by Onuche Johnson the representative of CYDAM Group of Companies,outlines the benefits of the industrial park complex, including job creation, economic growth, and infrastructure development.
Onuche pointed out that the proposed industrial park complex will provide a conducive environment for businesses to thrive, with modern infrastructure and amenities.
The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry ESV Dr Zainab Obadaki expressed the commitment of the ministry to supporting the project, which aligns with the State Government’s vision for economic development and growth.
Also speaking at the meeting,the Chief Economic Adviser to the Governor,Hon. Aliyu Salami, welcomed the team of investors, briefing them on the effort of the State Government so far in terms of investment, promising them that both parties will deliberate properly before passing it to His Excellency for approval.
