The Kogi State Forum of Permanent Secretaries commends Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for his exceptional and transformational efforts in developing the Civil Service and driving progress in the state.

In a statement signed by the Forum Chairman, Elder Sunday Odeh, and Secretary, Mr. Momoh Aziz Steven, it was revealed that under the Governor’s leadership, the state has experienced unprecedented growth and progress.

The statement highlighted the significant strides made in various sectors, particularly the Civil Service and that Governor Ododo’s commitment to transforming and strengthening the Civil Service has led to improved service delivery and efficiency.

The statement further disclosed that the Civil Service in Kogi State has undergone remarkable changes and transformation, becoming more professional, productivity-driven, and responsive to the needs of the people.

In addition to the Civil Service improvements, the Forum said Governor Ododo has implemented various developmental projects and initiatives that have positively impacted the lives of the people in Kogi State.

“Significant investments in infrastructure, healthcare, education, agriculture, and other key sectors have brought about sustainable development and improved living standards for citizens.

The statement also praised the Governor for promoting good governance, transparency, and accountability in the state.

“The administration in Kogi State is recognized as one of the most transparent and accountable in the country, setting a benchmark for others to follow.

“As members of the Forum of Permanent Secretaries, we are proud to be part of the unprecedented development and progress in Kogi State.

“We would like to take this opportunity to commend and applaud the exceptional leadership of Pastor Elijah Evinemi, the Head of Civil Service of the State.

“Pastor Evinemi has been working tirelessly to reposition the Civil Service in alignment with the vision and directives of our Governor, who is known for being supportive of our workers.

“We express our gratitude to Pastor Evinemi for reinstating ethical conduct and discipline within the civil service of Kogi State.
