Hon Commissioner for Transportation Atuluku Victor Levi extends his heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased persons, who lost their lives in the ghastly motor accident that occurred yesterday along Lokoja – Okene road
The tragic accident involving a bus conveying some of passengers who were returning from the commemoration of the 2025 International Day of Persons with Disabilities held in Lokoja, claimed about 10 lives, leaving several others injured with varying degree of injuries.
Atuluku described the incident as unfortunate, heart breaking and one too many.
” Our prayers are with the families of the deceased during this painful and devastating moment. We also wish the survivors speedy recovery ” He added.
