Kogi State Signage and Advertisement Agency Warns the General Public Against Illegal Assessments or Manila Assessments for any Collection on Signage Advertisements and Mobile Advertising Collections For 2026 Revenue Year.
Kogi State Signage and Advertising Agency would like to inform the public about ongoing fraudulent activities related to assessments and collections regarding signage advertisements and mobile advertising for the 2026 revenue year.
It has come to our attention that individuals and entities are conducting unauthorized and unlawful assessments claiming to represent official channels for collection purposes. These activities are misleading and can result in financial loss for unsuspecting businesses and individuals.
We want to emphasize the following points:
1. **Legitimacy**: All assessments and collections pertaining to signage and mobile advertisements should only be conducted by Kogi State Signage and Advertisement Agency (KOSSAA).
2. *Verification* If you receive any communication regarding assessments for the 2026 revenue year, please verify its authenticity by contacting the Agency.
3. **Contact Authorities**: Should you encounter any suspicious activity or receive questionable requests for payment, report it immediately to the Agency.
4. **Education**: We urged all businesses involved in advertising to stay informed about legitimate processes and to safeguard against fraud.
