In a statement issued in Lokoja, Hajiya Musa described His Excellency’s gesture as a thoughtful and worker-friendly decision that reflects his deep concern for the welfare and wellbeing of civil servants across the state. She noted that the early salary payment has brought great relief and excitement to workers, particularly Muslim faithful preparing to mark the joyous Sallah festivities. The Head of Civil Service emphasized that since assuming office, Governor Ododo has consistently demonstrated purposeful and people-centered leadership, especially in prioritizing the welfare of workers. According to her, this commitment has further strengthened the confidence and loyalty of the Kogi State workforce in the present administration. “His Excellency has once again shown that the welfare of workers remains at the heart of his administration. The early payment of salaries ahead of the festive season is not only commendable but a clear testament to his compassionate and responsive leadership,” she stated.
