KOGI STATE TOWN PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT BOARD

The Kogi State Town Planning and Development Board was established by Kogi State Edict No. 5 of 1991 with declaration of the whole State as a Planning Area.

The Board has its Headquarters in Lokoja the State Capital and consists of the following set up. At the Apex of the organization are Board members followed by the General Manager of the organization who is at the helm of the affairs and incharge of day-to-day activities of the Board.


The operations of the Board are carried out by Professionals and non Professionals who man Headquarters and all the Area/Zonal Offices. The Staff are spread within the General Manager’s Office and the Seven (7) Departments.
