i.)       The Board has enforced strict monitoring of building plans and Physical Developments and equally assisted in reducing illegal developments and haphazard erection of structures.


ii.)       As a result of intensive patrol activities throughout the State, there has been increase in the number of building plans and structures been approved and registered throughout the State which also has led to increase in revenue generation.

iii.)       Scheme works have been initiated and few roads have been opened, at Adankolo, Gadumo, Sarkin Numa and Kabba; while serious coordination works have been done on Street Naming and House Numbering Programmes of the State Government.

iv.)       Environmental Impact Assessment Reports of the State has been beefed up thereby making Planning and Control easy. This is done by full participation in post approval monitor, Control and Inspection of Construction of Structures.

v.)       The Board has succeeded in making sure that all building plans registered and approved for Permanent development permit meet the required Sanitary and Health standards.
